You’ll go a long way to find a better combination of flavours in a sausage. Made using prime shoulder of Saddleback or Gloucester Old Spot pork we carefully combine the stilton, mustard, herbs and spices with the pork, being careful not to over mix the ingredients so you get delicious pockets of stilton that explode in your mouth when eating. This is a real luxury sausage and ideal for making Gastro pub style bangers and mash. As well as winning some regional awards it also has won a silver and two one star golds in the 2005, 2007 and 2009 Great Taste Awards.
