Chicken Cushions stuffed with Garlic Butter

Our Chicken Paupiettes have been a real favourite with locals in our shop for years. Made using a free range British chicken legs, we remove the bone and then fill the centre with fresh sausage meat and our own home made garlic butter, the roasting bands are then placed over the top to hold the stuffing in place. These are great roasted in the oven until the skin is crispy and served with a nice green salad.
