A totally new product, not to be confused with a beef short rib these are the rib bones from a rib of beef in one complete sheet. Attached and in between these ribs is some of the tastiest and most flavoursome meat you’ll find on the whole animal.
If you’re willing to give this cut some love and attention i.e. slow cook it for a few hours then may be smother in BBQ sauce and finish off under the grill then you’re going to be rewarded with something seriously special.
