Description
Our rare breed bone in pork loin joint makes a fantastic roast. Awarded two gold stars in the 2014 Great Taste awards the joint was described by the judges as “a fine looking piece of meat. The fat is delicious, the meat succulent and the flavour light with a good sweetness.”
Leaving the bones in adds to the flavour when cooking and most importantly because our pork is slow reared, rare breed it carries plenty of marbling ensuring the joint keeps moist while cooking.
