Chicken Cushions stuffed with Stilton & Bacon

Our Chicken Paupiettes have been a real favourite with locals in our shop for years. Made using a free range British chicken legs, we remove the bone and then fill the centre with sausage meat, bacon and stilton, the roasting bands are then placed over the top to hold the stuffing in place. These are great roasted in the oven until the skin is crispy and served with a nice green salad.
