Description
Our dry cured half horseshoe gammon steaks are made using free range, rare breed, Gloucester Old spot and Saddleback pork. The animals are reared slowly in an open environment which allows the flavour to develop. We then butcher and apply the dry cure by hand to the pork legs to turn them into gammon.
Our skilled butchers then carefully slice the joint into steaks .The result is the most flavoursome, delicious Gammon steaks you have ever tasted a far cry from anything purchased at the local supermarket.
