Description
Our corn fed chickens are slowly reared over eight to ten weeks instead of the usual six weeks. They are fed on a totally natural diet with no additives, growth promoters or antibiotics and housed in large airy barns with 50% more room than government regulations. The result is the most amazing flavour but you don’t have to take our word for it as there currently being used by a host of Michelin – starred chefs including Paul Heathcote & Nigel Haworth who have been singing their praises for years.
Depending on availability from Johnson and Swarbrick the chickens will sometimes be delivered frozen.
