Our award winning heather fed lamb makes delicious, tender dice. We only use the leaner cuts out of the leg and shoulder. Our skilled butchers trim off any excess fat and gristle and cut into perfect cubes. Ideal for a multitude of different dishes including making curries and casseroling.
