Description
A fantastic cut, on a loin chop you get a piece of the loin and fillet on each chop. Both cuts are naturally very tender so when combined with the incredible flavour of our Heather fed lamb from the Forest of Bowland Fells it is an all round great eating experience.
Chops are also quick and easy to cook you can either grill them or use the chef preferred method of searing them on a hot griddle pan and serve them slightly pink and juicy. Perfect for midweek comfort food.
