Our cutlets are cut from our Heather fed Lambs which are slow reared on the fells of the Forest of Bowland, Lancashire.
The cutlet comes from the front end of the loin which is one of the most prized parts of the animal. Cutlets are great cooked under the grill, or on a griddle pan until pink in middle they also work brilliantly on a BBQ. We have an number of different marinades for you to choose from including mint, hot & spicy, Morrocan and BBQ which you’ll be able to select below.
