Description
This flavour combination works really well in sausage, the freshness and zing of the ginger combines perfectly with the flavour of the pork and spring onion. Made using ground shoulder of rare breed, Saddleback or Old Spot pork, we mix in chopped spring onions, ground ginger and our special Albert Matthews seasoning. This sausage works all year round but is particularly good in the summer on the barbecue.
