Cut from our grass fed, rare breed, Galloway beef, our rump steaks have lots of flavour and was a favourite of Albert Matthews himself.By dry ageing our rumps on the bone using our unique Himalayan dry ageing chamber (click here to read more) helps create a melt in the mouth steak experience.
We use the traditional method of butchery for these rump steaks which means they have slightly more external fat than our Pavé rump steaks.
