Description
Our sirloin steak is cut from Galloway, grass fed cattle, that are naturally reared in the Forest of Bowland a designated area of oustanding beauty in north Lancashire . Being a native breed to UK means the cattle are more hardy and can be wintered out grazing on the local moorland allowing them to mature slowly and develop great flavour. We further improve the flavour and tenderness further by salt ageing the beef for a minimum of 35 days in our unique Himalayan Salt Chamber (Click Here to Read More).
Sirloin steak is a favourite as the cut has natural tenderness and superb flavour from the natural fat marbling. For best results the steak needs to be seared quickly on a high heat using a griddle, frying pan, hot grill or BBQ.
