Salt Aged Sandwich Steak

Everyone loves a good steak sandwich!! We use our delicious salt aged sirloin for our sandwich steaks, each one weighs about 112g (4oz) and has been slightly battened out so they are the perfect size and cook quickly. The steaks are cut from the end of the sirloin which make them great value and because our salt aged sirloin is very tender cut you won’t find yourself pulling all the meat out the centre of the sandwich with your first mouthful. The best way to cook them is a very hot frying or griddle pan, sear both sides for 1 minute, voilà the perfect steak sandwich.
